Sagar Club Login Errors
Find the message you’re seeing and follow the fix. Locks and security holds are covered at the end.
Sagar Club 2026 · Adults 18+ only · Updated October 2026

Quick answer
Most login errors come from a typed zero, a keyboard that capitalised your password, a weak connection or an old app version. Locks after wrong passwords clear by themselves in 15–30 minutes.

— MESSAGES
Message by message
What each one means.
Account does not exist
The number doesn’t match an account – retype ten digits or try your other SIM.
Incorrect password
Tap the eye icon; check capitals. After two tries, reset.
Too many attempts
Stop, wait 30 minutes, then reset rather than guess.
Network error / spinner
Switch Wi-Fi and data, turn off VPN, accept hotel Wi-Fi terms, update the app.
Session expired
You logged in elsewhere – log in again; change your password if it wasn’t you.
— LOCKS
Locks and security holds
Temporary pauses that protect you.
| Type | Trigger | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary lock | Wrong passwords | 15–30 minutes |
| Security hold | Unusual device or many code requests | Until verified by support |
| Rules review | Multiple accounts, scripts | Under review |
For holds and reviews, message customer service with your UID and a screenshot. Don’t open a new account meanwhile.
— LOGOUTS
Logged out again and again
Usually one of three things.
- Another device keeps taking over the session.
- Battery saver is clearing the app’s data – exclude Sagar Club.
- Your browser clears cookies on exit – allow them for the official site.
— DIAGNOSE
A two-minute diagnosis
Work out which kind of problem you have.
Login problems fall into three groups. Typing problems – wrong number format, auto-capitalised password – show ‘account does not exist’ or ‘incorrect password’. Connection problems – weak signal, VPN, captive Wi-Fi – show spinners and network errors. Account problems – locks and holds – show a specific message about the account. Identify the group first and the fix is usually obvious.
- Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (or the reverse).
- Turn off any VPN or data saver.
- Retype the number and check the password with the eye icon.
- Update the app.
- Still stuck? Screenshot the message and contact support.
— HOLDS
Why security holds exist
They protect you.
A security hold usually appears after something unusual: a login from a new device in a new place, many SMS code requests in a short time, or a burst of failed passwords. It pauses the account until ownership is confirmed. Annoying as it is, it’s often what stops a stranger who already knows your password.
— UPDATES
When an app update breaks login
Rare, but easy to fix.
Occasionally an old version of the app stops working properly after the servers are updated. Symptoms include a spinner that never stops, a blank lobby or a message asking you to update. Download the latest version from the official site and install it over the old one. Your login details aren’t stored in the app file, so nothing is lost.
On iPhone, the web app updates itself, but a stale cache can sometimes cause the same symptoms. Close the app fully from the app switcher and open it again.
— WI-FI
Office, hotel and public Wi-Fi
Networks that block or interrupt apps.
Some Wi-Fi networks block certain apps or require you to accept terms on a sign-in page before any traffic gets through. If Sagar Club fails only on a particular Wi-Fi network, open a browser and check whether a sign-in page appears. If it does, accept it and try again. If the network blocks the app entirely, switch to mobile data. Avoid logging in on open public Wi-Fi without a password if you can – mobile data is safer for anything involving your account.
— SUPPORT
When to contact support
And what to send.
If you’ve tried the fixes on this page and still can’t sign in, contact customer service with your UID if you know it, your registered number, the exact error message, your phone model and a screenshot. Don’t open a new account while you wait – a second account complicates any review of the first and can lead to both being paused.
— RECAP
Login errors – fastest fixes
One line each.
‘Account does not exist’: retype ten digits or try your other SIM. ‘Incorrect password’: check capitals with the eye icon, then reset after two attempts. ‘Too many attempts’: wait about thirty minutes and reset instead of guessing. ‘Network error’ or endless spinner: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, turn off VPN and data saver, and update the app. ‘Session expired’: log in again, and change your password if it wasn’t you. Security hold or review: contact customer service with your UID and a screenshot, and don’t open a second account while you wait. Most problems are solved within minutes this way.

— FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Has my account been deleted?
Almost certainly not – check the number you typed.
Will a new account help?
No – it slows down any review.
Why does login work on data but not Wi-Fi?
The Wi-Fi network may block apps or need a sign-in page. Use mobile data or accept the network’s terms.
Will clearing app data delete my account?
No – it only signs you out on that phone.
